T-Rex Triathlon & Duathlon

I know that running the RF Events' T-Rex Triathlon and Duathlon Series (Which includes the Stegosaurus Triathlon & Duathlon, Triceratops Triathlon & Duathlon, Pterodactyl Triathlon & Duathlon, and T-Rex Triathlon & Duathlon) is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the triathlon. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, lightning, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waiver and release, all volunteers, Running Fit Inc., RF Events, USA Triathlon, Department of Natural Resources, and the State of Michigan  from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.I also grant the use of my voice and any and all recorded and or filmed/video/ photographed footage of me, and further waive all rights to any compensation, as a result of my name or likeness being used in any way. I understand that RF Events will not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties. I understand that E-mail addresses are shared with the photography company for the sole purpose of sending me my race day photo.

Under 18: As a parent or guardian of the above named minor, I hereby certify that I have read all the above document, that I give my permission for my child or ward to participate in The T-Rex Tri Series and that I agree on behalf of myself and my child/ward to the terms of this document.

Sorry, no refunds, deferrals and or entry fee transfer to another RF Events' event.

If The Event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster, global pandemic, governmental or court order or any other reason, refunds will not be given. Participants will be given the option to participate virtually or defer to the 2026 event. The Event will consider on a case-by-case basis a request for refund by active military who are suddenly deployed and cannot participate in The Event, with official documentation supporting such deployment.
