Restrictions:

- Winner must have the appropriate broadcast line installed.

- Remote Broadcast location must be within 25 miles of SportsRadio 94WIP Studios located at 2400 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19103 (per Google Maps).

- Business location must be approved by SportsRadio 94WIP prior to the broadcast taking place.

- Item is non-transferable and must be used by the winning party.

- Eagles Autism Foundation reserves the right to change the closing time for each item.

-In addition, winners must comply with all rules and policies of Philadelphia Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field (if applicable), and SportsRadio 94WIP (if applicable).

- Bidder must be 18 years of age or older.

- Any item with a date or choice of dates specified is only available on the date(s) mentioned. Winner cannot change dates.

- Bidder must comply with official Auction Rules, found on the left panel.

- If any of winner’s guests are a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest(s).
