The Eau Claire Marathon is excited to partner with Adam Tills, a certified Personal Trainer and Running Coach, to offer affordable training plans for 2025.

Meet Coach Adam:

Adam has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and coaching. He has been a distance runner for 8+ years and has completed over 50 races; three races were full marathons including the Berlin Marathon in 2024. Adam is a familliar face at the EC Marathon, he has run the entire ECM course over multiple races and distances. Coach Adam has worked with runners training for their first 5K to experienced runners chasing a BQ. He looks forward to working with you!

There is a plan for everyone:

• Couch to 5K

• 10K beginner OR 10K intermediate

• Half Marathon beginner or intermediate

• Full Marathon beginner, intermediate, or BQ Qualifier

All training plans are $25 and include:

• a plan through Training Peaks (free account)

• 3 group zoom meetings during training for questions and to learn more about the race

• A private Shakeout Run on Saturday, April 26 to connect with Coach Adam
